PartnerSpring can lead workshops to help organizations sift through the challenge of targeting and developing core partnership strategies. These services are billed on a daily consulting-rate basis.
- Program development – Partnership opportunities are often limited by the availability of the programmatic and operational procedures to support the initiative. PartnerSpring can help with the development of a partnership program that will give prospective partners a much better idea as to the support available to them.
- Partner recruiting – PartnerSpring can perform the actual work of researching, soliciting, evaluating and negotiating partnership deals. This work is performed on a retainer basis, with a 1% fee on revenue in the first year of relationships established and 0.5% revenue in years two and three.
- Negotiation mediation – Often it is helpful to have an unrelated, impartial, independent third party facilitate negotiations. Using PartnerSpring or one of its affiliate certified lawyers can often help arrive at a true win-win solution much more efficiently.
