Due to the nature of the service provided, PartnerSpring monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after 72 hours of commencement of the service, or as soon as any data and/or information has been viewed or downloaded, whichever event occurs first. After 72 hours, no other refunds or partial refunds will be made, regardless of whether or not you have used your account.
Ad hoc purchased, prepaid Reach-Outs, whether one or multiple, are non-refundable as soon as they have been used or after 72 hours, whichever comes first. After receipt and validation of your refund request, PartnerSpring will promptly process any due refund. Refunds may only be made to the original user and/or accounts of the original user.
