Base listings are currently free while other value-add listings have a nominal monthly fee.

Are competing VARs listed?
Yes. It is highly likely that VARs (as well as vendors) in direct competition with each other are listed in PartnerZone, since it is the market dynamic that provides the value of the service.

What are the costs?
Browsing as well as base listings are FREE. Nominal fees are charged for performing Reach-Outs and for maintaining a value-add listing.

How long will my listing be available?
The base listing will remain available as long as you maintain it and as long as the service is available. It can be changed or taken down at any time. Value-add listings will be removed and / or downgraded to a base listing if subscription fees are not paid.

Are my contact details private?
All contact information remains private and will not be sold, according to the terms of the site’s privacy policy. Contact information is not provided directly to other firms, members or other site members. Contacts facilitated through PartnerZone’s Reach-Out introduction service keep contact details confidential.

When may I cancel the service?
Membership to the service may be cancelled at any time, with billing of any value-add listing stopping at the next billing cycle.
